The existing page loaded in 6 seconds, told the product story in the wrong order, and lost 80% of visitors before the signup form. Launch date was fixed — six weeks, no extensions.
We started with the signup funnel, not the homepage. A new three-step onboarding cut form fields from 14 to 6, deferred KYC to after account creation, and added instant validation. Then we rebuilt the landing page around the product demo, with performance budgets enforced in CI.
