The average patient is 58 and books by phone. Anything digital had to work with screen readers, large text, and low digital confidence — while integrating with a legacy records system through FHIR and passing a healthcare security audit.
We designed with real patients from week one, testing every flow with screen readers and 200% zoom. Booking takes three taps. Results arrive with plain-language explanations, and the legacy integration runs through a hardened FHIR gateway we monitor 24/7.
