A real-time analytics platform that replaced a folder of CSVs with live dashboards for a 40-person team.
Dataloop's analysts were emailing spreadsheets to each other. We built them a live, shareable dashboard on top of their event stream.

40 million events a day landed in S3 and stayed there. Every question meant a CSV export, a pivot table, and a two-day wait. Different teams' numbers never matched because everyone computed metrics their own way.
ClickHouse as the single source of truth, a metrics layer so 'active user' means one thing company-wide, and a dashboard builder with live WebSocket updates. Any chart is a shareable URL with the filters baked in.
"Meetings changed. We stopped arguing about whose numbers were right and started arguing about what to do — which is the point."
